What I do exactly

People ask for help to sell a plot of land or a property—and I can also help you buy if you’re interested in a listing. I prepare the presentation, answer questions, filter contacts and make communication smoother. If you want, I can help plan a visit. In case of a sale, the owner pays me a commission (agreed in advance).

Transparency: I am not a notary, a registry, or a government authority. My role is to facilitate the process, improve communication, and help gather reliable information so you can move forward safely.

No. Landora does not promise financial returns. The goal is clear information and honest guidance so you can decide consciously.

What do the advertised prices include?

They include the land/property purchase price, the owner’s formalities (notary, etc.) and my commission. They do not include your travel budget, nor any dedicated in‑person accompaniment on your visit.
